I have experience working with a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, self-confidence, PTSD, and more. In particular, I have training in trauma treatment using EMDR, and training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for clients with BPD. I also use CBT, ACT, and mindfulness in my therapy.
As a psychologist, I help clients feel good even in tough situations. I'm warm and friendly but will give a push when needed. I aim to understand each person's story and help them make sense of their challenges—where they come from, what keeps them going, and how to move forward.
