I am an Educational and Developmental Psychology Registrar and work with children and adolescents who experience challenges with emotional regulation, anxiety, low mood, social connection, or communication, as well as with parents and caregivers seeking understanding, guidance, and practical strategies to support their children. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where children can better understand and express their emotions, while also supporting parents with tools and strategies that feel manageable and meaningful.
With experience across public and private paediatric services, I provide developmental assessments (autism, adhd, thinking and learning differences), therapeutic support for children and adolescents, as well as parenting support.
