Increasing your 'Window of Tolerance' to be more present, regulate your emotions and your capacity to process, reflect and communicate yourself during Therapy.
We offer a variety of Psychological and Positive Behaviour Therapies- ACT; CBT; DBT; Schema Informed Care; Sensory Modulation, Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Somatic Interventions. To support Emotional regulation, Executive functioning, effective Communication and Positive Behaviour Activation and Meaningful occupation and improved Mental Health & Well-Being.
