Healing happens in connection - with self, others, and nature.
You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected - from yourself, others, or the world around you. Perhaps you’re managing trauma, neurodivergence like ADHD, or navigating relationship challenges. I offer therapy that’s holistic, trauma-informed, and flexible. With 10+ years’ experience in the Netherlands and Australia, I combine talk therapy with movement, mindfulness, and nature-based practices. Whether in the office or outdoors, I’ll support you to reconnect, regulate, and heal in a way that works for you.
I help clients build emotional resilience, improve relationships, and reconnect with their strengths. I have expertise in the area of ADHD; I have lived experience with ADHD myself, and I am an ADHD clinical provider and therapeutic coach. I work closely with GPs to support ADHD management alongside trauma-informed, somatic, and nature-based therapy.
I understand how challenging it can be to reach out for support. Whether you’re navigating trauma, ADHD, or life’s complexities, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a safe, compassionate space where we can explore what healing looks like for you. When you’re ready, I’m here to help.
