Hi, I am Richard of The Psychology Clinic Landsborough, and I offer you a safe and supportive space, to help you explore and overcome your current life challenges. Together, we would identify your personal and therapeutic goals, which might include a focus on increased well-being and feelings of safety, improving interpersonal relationships, the development of healthy coping strategies to manage life stressors and changes, or to just "feel ok again". Your therapy goals could include, resolving unprocessed childhood traumas and associated negative self-beliefs, which may still be adversely impacting your enjoyment of life.
I am a mature male Registered Psychologist (Clinical Registrar) and a member of the EMDRAA and the APS. I use current evidence-based therapies, to help you. I have a strong interest in working with adolescents and adults who are attempting to overcome adverse childhood experiences, which are currently negatively impacting their personal wellbeing and lives.
