Hi, I am Richard of The Psychology Clinic Landsborough, and I offer you a safe and supportive space, to help you explore and overcome your current life challenges. Together, we would identify your personal and therapeutic goals, which might include a focus on increased well-being and feelings of safety, improving interpersonal relationships, the development of healthy coping strategies to manage life stressors and changes, or to just "feel ok again". I am a Clinical Psychologist and a member of the EMDRAA and APS. I use current evidence-based therapies, to help you. I have a strong interest in working with adolescents and adults who are attempting to overcome adverse childhood experiences, which are currently negatively impacting their personal wellbeing and lives.
