At The New Me Counselling, we believe that everyone has the power to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. Our counselling services are designed to help our clients unlock their potential and achieve their goals. I offer a safe space in which clients feel listened to and respected. During the sessions, I try to help my clients achieve the best out of the experience. If something doesn't work we will go to the next option as no size one fits all.
