Life is messy and imperfect. Sexuality and identity is a lifelong journey. So many of us are limited in our exploration due to shame, stigma, or lack of sexuality education. I believe in a sex-positive approach which acknowledges and celebrates the diversity of human sexuality, identity and expression. When we are informed, empowered and validated, we live happier and more authentic lives.
I bring a broad perspective into my therapeutic practice; with qualifications in performing arts, sexology, education and counselling, and lived experience in the areas of neurodivesity, non-monogamy, LGBTIQA+ identities and BDSM/kink. My therapeutic style is eclectic, drawing from person-centred, attachment, creative arts and trauma informed modalities.
I offer a judgement-free space for you to come as you are, welcoming clients of all ages and identities; individuals, couples, throuples or more. With a down to earth and collaborative approach, we can work together to explore, unpack, reflect and problem solve so that you feel supported and empowered to live a happy and authentic life.
