I work with ADF members, veterans, emergency service personnel, and adults navigating trauma, stress, and complex life experiences. Many are carrying operational pressure, critical incidents, or ongoing strain, without space to make sense of it. Therapy focuses on slowing things down, building insight and self-awareness, and supporting integration of these experiences into everyday life in a practical way that helps you move forward.
I provide evidence-informed therapy through a trauma-informed lens, tailored to your needs. I draw on EMDR, CBT, ACT, and integrative therapies. A core focus is integration—supporting you to apply insight in daily life. I also offer preparation and integration support within a harm-minimisation framework and clear boundaries.
