Hi, I'm Bec Stewart. Many people have shared with me that while traditional talk therapy can be helpful, it sometimes doesn’t bring about the deeper change or healing they’re hoping for. That’s why I'm passionate about a holistic, integrative approach, which gently supports you in going beyond surface-level solutions and exploring the roots of your challenges. (EMDR, DBR, parts-work, & somatic therapies ). I know this kind of therapy can take courage, but many find it opens the door to more meaningful, long-lasting change. It’s a privilege to walk alongside you on what could be a transformative journey.
I support clients through a range of issues, challenges, heartaches, and losses, from smaller concerns to the really big stuff. I aim to help you to work at the root cause of mental health symptoms and personal challenges, including managing difficult emotions, self-sabotaging behaviours, relationship issues, boundary issues and a harsh inner critic.
