Owner/Director of the Engel Clinic - I have been privileged to work with clients for over 10 years using mindfulness based CBT, ACT, FBT, gut-directed hypnosis, and clinical hypnosis. I work extensively with all kinds of anxiety and stress conditions, gut-brain disorders, and eating disorders (including obesity and ARFID).
I utilise several key psychological techniques to tailor therapy to suit your needs and help you achieve your wellness goals. I am guided by you but particularly interested in cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, clinical and gut-directed hypnotherapy.
