And Psycho-dynamic therapy. This is getting to understand the underlying factors that make up 'who you are'. A deeper dive into what makes you, you.
I use a few starting 'tools' which can help us identify your personality and then ask about your complete life history, including your family history.
With all these parts, we search for what you like about yourself and what you would like to change.
