Providing a safe place to share, discuss and work through those times where daily life feels difficult, coping with the day to day tasks becomes overwhelming, school, family, relationship issues become too much; bullying, peer pressure, friendship groups, sexting, screen time/gaming issues take over; questions around identity, transitions/transitioning through school, university, work has a sense of hopelessness and helplessness; family life family relationships, managing young children, teenagers, adolescents, young adults, and parenting in general simply becomes too much.
I offer a place and space of acceptance, understanding, confidentiality, safety and support where everyone who comes in can identify and explore their needs, their problems and their goals and find the way to grow and change. I provide a space for each client to be heard, known and to explore how it might look to grow and change.
I am committed to providing genuine care, understanding, acceptance and confidentiality. My focus is on building mutual trust and respect in a non judgemental way with all clients within a safe supportive environment utilising creative and traditional therapies to assist cleitns to engage and express themselves more fully.
