Hi there, I’m Rachel! I’m so glad you’re here. I understand how isolating and overwhelming it can feel to navigate life after a late-in-life ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD diagnosis. Finding support that truly fits your needs can be a challenge, and it’s frustrating when strategies don’t work or feel impossible to implement. You might find yourself asking, “What’s the point of a diagnosis if nothing changes?”
If this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place. After experiencing similar challenges, I created The AuDHD Social Worker to provide tailored support for neurodivergent individuals. I specialise in neuroaffirming coaching and counselling, blending therapeutic and practical approaches to meet your unique needs.
