I offer treatment and support for a range of concerns including general mental health, disordered eating, body image, LGBTQIA+ mental health, identity and self-exploration, anxiety, interpersonal and attachment issues, assertiveness and boundary establishment, adjustment and change, self-compassion and self-worth. Kindly note, due to the limitations of Telehealth, eating related referrals are accepted on a case by case basis and I am currently unable to work with individuals experiencing acute suicidality. In such circumstances, I encourage you to contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 and engage with a face to face practitioner.
I possess extensive training and experience in the treatment of disordered eating and maintain a HAES perspective. As an openly queer woman, it is my priority to create a safe and affirming space for my clients to be vulnerable without fear of judgement. I offer nurturing, challenging sessions, promoting empowerment, shame reduction, and self-acceptance.
