I come to the therapeutic space with a deep curiosity about life and the people I meet there, their stories, their lives, their relationships with others and most importantly with themselves. I join with you and guide you to discover the more hidden parts of yourself that you haven’t yet explored or have only touched on.

I have been a trauma therapist and counsellor for 10 years and am Hakomi and EMDR trained. I have degrees in Social Work and Social Ecology. My approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, and includes attachment and polyvagal theories, Internal Family Systems (parts work) and is guided by the concepts of self-organisation and mind/body wisdom.
I bring passion, humour, presence, and thoughtfulness to my work. I am kind, caring and non-judgmental, and will hold your pain when you cannot, until you are able to do that for yourself.
