As a therapist who has undergone a significant amount of personal therapeutic work , I understand the need for warmth, acceptance and a therapists strong capacity to sit with discomfort. This is the foundation of a therapeutic relationship where people can show up with aspects of themselves that are problematic and unhelpful without judgement or pressure to be anything other than themselves. I can relate to very human, uncomfortable and undesirable behaviors, feelings and beliefs about ourselves. Through consistent support, compassion and curiosity, awareness and choice emerge, and change becomes possible.

I also draw on ACT, CBT, Positive Psychology, and Art Therapy when helpful.
Do you feel stuck in the same argument on repeat, slowly drifting apart, or trying to rebuild after a betrayal? Or you're an individual who finds relationships harder than they should be — anxious, guarded, or unsure why closeness feels so difficult.
Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone. My clients are people who are done just surviving their relationships and ready to actually understand them.
I'll meet you with warmth, honesty, and evidence-based support tailored to what you actually need.

My academic work explores the phenomenology of art and spiritual experience, alongside Jungian psychology and Christian mysticism.
What happens to the soul when the technological world increasingly determines how we think, work, desire, and understand ourselves? This is an invitation to a deeper interiorisation of what troubles and perplexes us: loosening our tendency to read experience only in personal terms, and attending instead to the autonomous, dialectical movement of the psyche. Rather than optimising identity, vocation, or relationships, we ask what might emerge when consciousness becomes more receptive to the reality of the soul.

As an arts-based therapist, my practice integrates art materials and somatic inquiry, alongside conversation, to support clients through complex emotional experiences, identity exploration, and meaning-making.
Arts therapy is particularly helpful to clients who struggle to put words to their experience, or would benefit from a more trauma-informed, embodied approach. I offer an attuned, compassionate container for clients to engage with inner complexity and emerge with greater clarity and resilience. My practice is affirming and person-centered, always.

I integrate a range of cognitive therapies with mindfulness practices & art therapies while also considering the impact of societal & family systems.
Navigating the world as a neurodivergent person can be incredibly challenging, especially without adequate support. If you're autistic, have ADHD, are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, or are a trauma survivor, you know the unique hurdles that come with higher rates of trauma and PTSD. Life can feel overwhelming when you're managing sensory differences, executive functioning struggles, and the exhausting work of masking.
