So often clients come with a sense of hopelessness in their lives. Worry about their relationships with partners and family members and a belief that they are failing themselves or others. So many say "I just want to be normal" especially if they have experience trauma in their lives. Many clients don't trust easily if they have been betrayed and fear they are "stuck forever... nothing will change... " .
With 37 years of counselling experience I come with genuine capacity to engage with you around what you really want for change in your life. I am passionate about helping you using such methods as BRAINSPOTTING, Internal Family Systems IFS, Imago Relationship Therapy and Gottman Relationship Therapy to name just a few of many gathered over 37 years.
