Hi, My name is Tara. I am an empathetic and compassionate counsellor who supports clients to overcome struggles they have in their everyday lives. I have experience supporting clients with limiting beliefs, overwhelm, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and ongoing medical situations.
I draw on both my lived experience and professional training to support and empower my clients as they work toward their therapeutic goals. I use a combination of counselling modalitlies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and strength based therapy while integrating a holistic perspective throughout my work.
