About
I am a registered psychologist who enjoys working with adolescents and adults. I view clients holistically and seek to integrate clients’ own understanding of the world as a key component in achieving greater wellbeing. I believe that everyone has a capacity, beyond their knowledge, to improve aspects of their life. I believe the therapeutic relationship can help reveal these strengths. I am curious by nature and believe no issue is too small to speak about in therapy.I believe everyone deserves a space to ‘come as you are’, without judgement or worry about what others may perceive.
I provide therapeutic care for clients with complex social and psychological difficulties, including issues relating to experiences of violence, abuse and neglect. It is here where I developed a deeper insight towards seeing a person beyond their circumstances. I have seen the impact of how building relationships can make meaningful change and healing
My ideal client would be anyone who desires self-improvement. The great thing about this work is that anyone can benefit, and turning up to a session is a win in itself and provides the basis of starting change and developing insight. I seek to support personal growth, respect and work along-side clients to provide an open and safe space for this.
