As a Clinical and Health Psychologist Tanya has a strong interest in the interplay between physical health and psychological wellbeing; and has experience working with a wide range of health conditions in private practice, private hospital, research, oncology, IVF, and aged care settings. Tanya aims to support individuals to live more fulfilling lives whilst managing their mood and symptoms. She is also a Fertility Counsellor, and has a postgraduate qualification in Gerontology.
Tanya is able to see clients with a Mental Health Care Plan from their GP, as well as NDIS clients (self managed and plan managed). She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), the Australian Association of Psychologist Inc (AAPi), a Fertility Counsellor with the FSA and ANZICA, and an associate member of the Australian Menopause Society.
Tanya is also able to provide Non-directive pregnancy support counselling using the Medicare item 93026. Private Health Insurance rebates may be claimable if you are not claiming Medicare rebates - please check your eligibility with your health fund.
