I help women and young people by offering a safe space for them to explore difficult life issues, talk through struggles and provide guidance to move forward confidently so they can thrive in their relationships at home, at work, and other spheres of their life.
I offer a friendly approach to counselling, coming alongside the client to listen to them, empathize with them, and be curious about their experiences to help bring order into the chaos of their lives. I use evidence-based practices such as Psychoeducation, PCT, CBT and ACT collaboratively with the client in order to support their journey.
In my experience both living in South Asia growing up, then South East Asia as an adult and now living in Australia, I have observed how often it is the women that hold the rope for their families while their emotional needs often go unmet. This is to the detriment of their wellbeing but also affects those who depend on them. I am here for you.
