I enjoy working with individuals and couples of all walks of life, and have gathered experience from young adults in high school settings, across the lifespan, even to the end-of-life stage. I work in a trauma-informed, client centered way integrating approaches from cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, while also utilising experiential and mindful methods. My couples therapy approach is grounded in attachment theory and the Gottman Method (trained in Level 1 & 2).
