We all feel stuck sometimes, making sense of ongoing grief, loss, or life’s uncertainty. Do you want more time, freedom, to feel heard or to make sense of the 'right' next steps for you? You may want to feel you have work that is more meaningful, happier relationships, or to resolve current or past difficult experiences.
It would be a privilege to support you through the challenges and changes you are experiencing in your life, making sense of it together.
Therapy is a partnership of courage; a willingness to step into the unknown, to find a more satisfying way of living and understanding life and self.
I bring lived experience of a complex life, supporting family members through mental illness and disability and navigating health and community services. I’m a social worker with a Masters degree and extensive professional development in trauma informed approaches to therapy, working with compassion and sensitivity.
Contact me for a brief initial call free of charge, to see if my approach may be helpful. I support people across Melbourne and regional Victoria, based inner city Melbourne, bayside, and Bendigo and Castlemaine regions. I can also assist further afield via Telehealth.
