I offer a compassionate approach to counselling and therapy for adults, children, couples and families. I am a therapist with over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families. I provide a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment that allows clients to feel at ease in the counselling process. I work to address each individual's needs by providing a tailored approach that focuses on personal goals and needs. I use a number of therapeutic modalities including CBT, Mindfulness, Narrative therapy, EMDR, Trauma-informed therapies, Solution focused therapy and Family Systems therapies to address client concerns.
