Hi, I'm Tamara, a Mental Health Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the community mental health sector. I provide compassionate, evidence-based, and trauma-informed therapy tailored to each individual's unique needs. I support clients across all stages of life who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, or mental health challenges following traumatic experiences. My practice incorporates a range of specialized treatment modalities, including EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I'm particularly passionate about supporting individuals recovering from symptoms of PTSD.
Sessions are collaborative and paced according to your readiness. We might focus on understanding patters in relationships , building emotional regulations skills, and processing traumatic experiences when it feels safe to do so.
