I work with adults and older adults struggling with insomnia, sleep anxiety, or poor sleep quality — often people who have tried other approaches without lasting results, or who sense something deeper is keeping their nervous system alert at night. Many of my clients are midlife women navigating sleep disruption alongside hormonal transition and the pressures of this life stage. The goal is always the same: to leave with a genuinely different relationship with sleep — not rules to follow, but a real understanding of what your nervous system needs, even on hard nights
I specialise in insomnia and sleep disorders, drawing on CBT-I, Compassion Focused Therapy, ACT, and EMDR. My work focuses on understanding what the nervous system is doing when sleep won't come — and building lasting safety, not just better sleep habits. Telehealth across Australia, Tuesday to Thursday.
