Hi there, I’m a psychotherapist, EMDR therapist and clinical mental health therapist (social work) offering both in-person sessions in Bulimba and online. I believe therapy begins with connection. I know that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming and stir up a range of emotions -and that’s completely normal. My goal is to make the process as comfortable and supportive as possible.
