I bring 15+ years’ experience working with individuals, couples and families on relationship issues and mental health. My training is in family systems therapy, which helps people understand the complexity in their close relationships, including with their partners, their parents, their children and the workplace. My clients learn how to read their relationships, understand their part in relationship problems, and problem-solve how to take decisive actions. This is not passive counselling. You will leave with new ideas about how to be more effective in your own life and take control of the issues that matter to you.
