I work with individuals experiencing relationship issues, breakups, separation, or divorce. My approach is person-centred, holistic, and non-judgmental, creating a space where you feel safe, understood and supported. I draw on CBT, IFS, solution-focused, somatic, and trauma-informed therapies. Having personally navigated similar challenges, I offer both lived experience and clinical insight. To ensure we’re a good fit, I offer a complimentary 45-minute initial consultation. This gives us the opportunity to connect, explore your needs, and determine whether working together feels right.
My own experience with divorce, co-parenting, modern dating and relationship transitions inspired me to become a therapist. I understand how isolating this time can feel and how often it's misunderstood. Having walked a similar path, I offer insight grounded in lived experience, education, and research to support others through meaningful change.
I offer a free 45-minute consultation so we can get to know each other before committing to therapy. I believe real transformation takes time, trust, and the right therapeutic fit.
