I am an experienced psychologist with a passion for helping others to reach their optimal emotional and mental wellbeing. I understand that sometimes life can be stressful and challenging, and that difficult or traumatic experiences can have a significant impact on your life; These events can affect your mood, anxiety, relationships, physical health, or in general limit your ability to function at your best. I also have a particular interest in assisting clients in discovering and exploring their wonderful neurodivergent selves.
My approach in therapy involves focussing on both your strengths, and your needs, in a compassionate, empathic, and non-judgmental way. I have a commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for you as you heal, and move from surviving to thriving.
