I am an EMDR Therapist/Accredited Practitioner and work primarily with Complex PTSD/Complex Trauma presentations.

Trauma can leave us feeling stuck, reliving the trauma, or just numb to life. It can make relationships, school or home life difficult. EMDR therapy can help you feel more like your true self, regaining a sense of energy and optimism that life can be better.
EMDR is endorsed by the World Health Organisation as a treatment for the symptoms associated with trauma and PTSD
