I am an EMDR Therapist/Accredited Practitioner and work with children and adults that have experienced trauma in their lives. Trauma can leave us feeling stuck, reliving the trauma, or just numb to life. It can make relationships, school or home life difficult. EMDR can help you feel more like your true self, regaining a sense of energy and optimism that life can be better.
