Many of my clients are women 50+ facing major life changes—divorce, loss, burnout, or feeling lost after years of putting others first. They want clarity, emotional ease, and a stronger connection to themselves.
I also work with individuals and couples of all ages who feel stuck and want lasting inner change. Using Internal Family Systems therapy, somatic practices, and self-compassion, I help you gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface—so you can move forward with more clarity, connection, and confidence.
I also see anyone who wants to know themselves on a deeper level, healing past trauma and attachment wounds.
I offer online Internal Family Systems Therapy as a way to learn about yourself deeply.
With a collaborative approach, we explore the motives and intentions of your inner world in order to see how these influence how your life is now. I also assist working through the shock of PTSD, using the body to release fears held in the nervous system.
It can be a bit daunting, trying to choose someone out of the vast array of people offering to help. It's important to take the time in finding someone you can rely on and relate to. If you are interested in having a chat, I can offer 15 minutes on the phone. Or you can email me with any questions.
