I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families in individual, couples and group therapy settings. I am experienced in assisting clients with a wide range of challenges including PTSD, complex PTSD, personality disorders and anxiety, depression, as well as relationship, parenting or career-related issues. I use an integrative, relational and strength-based approach to therapy and draw on a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to meet each client's individual needs to assist them to achieve their goals and potential, with a particular focus on schema therapy and EMDR.
