Over the last 15 years I have designed Free Voice to address challenges many of us face when it comes to freeing our voices. With years of experience as a professional counsellor, and with a Masters in Voice Teaching from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, I focus on voice and breath techniques while building self, confidence, awareness and compassion.
Every one of us has our own reasons why we hold our voices back. When we feel a sense of safety, support, and understanding, we can explore our voice and work through the challenges that hold us back from using our voice in the way that empowers us.
