I passionate about helping people with a range of difficulties including anxiety, mood, personality, impulse disorders and phobias. I also have a special interest in helping people with general psychological and relationship issues including difficulties with self-esteem, states of acute and normal stress, problems related to being a teenager and work related burn-out.
I have more than 22 years of experience in individual, family and couples therapy as well as in working with more severe psychiatric cases as well as hospital in-patient treatment. I developed a passion for the study of the impact of our emotional experiences and memories on our mental, emotional, inner, physical and spiritual wellbeing and existence.
