I am an accredited psychotherapist & counsellor that works in an integrative, collaborative, and person-entered manner to accomodate each individual's unique needs and goals. By tailoring therapy, my goal is to create a safe and compassionate space for all individuals to explore their inner self at a comfortable pace. I strive to be warm in my approach and maintain compassion, respect, and empathy for every individual.
I have experience working with and can assist individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, grief and loss, and trauma. I have a special interest and further training in attachment theory, allowing me to work with individuals to identify and treat attachment disturbances in a secure and cooperative approach.
I can also conduct therapy sessions in Dari/Farsi. I warmly welcome all individuals from all backgrounds.
