Hi my name is Sesil. I have completed the Doctor of Psychology (Clinical) postgraduate degree. I am a registered Clinical Psychologist. I began practising in 2002 and have had a range of experiences working in a variety of settings. Some of the areas I work with include anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life changes, relationship issues, grief/loss and stress. I am currently available to offer Telehealth psychology services for adults.

Jess offers individual counselling, couples counselling and supervision. Jess is welcoming and friendly. I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist with 10 years experience, including in a senior position in a dynamic public sector role at Eastern Health. I have a relaxed but professional approach. I work with adults and adolescents who are experiencing emotional difficulties such as anxiety, low mood and depression, life stress and adjustment difficulties, low self-esteem, self-criticism, trauma and chronic effects from adversity early in life (e.g., family separation, emotional abuse, bullying), ongoing family problems, relationship work & study problems, ADHD, and problems with addictive behaviours.

Louise is a trauma informed clinical psychologist. Louise’s therapeutic approach is guided by principles of safety, attunement and authenticity. Louise aims to create a therapeutic space where clients feel comfortable and respected. Louise values the significance of the therapeutic relationship and is therefore dedicated to the collaborative process of therapy. Louise supports her clients to move toward healthy integration via careful analysis of one’s inner experience, using evidence based interventions that strike a balance between strategies of acceptance versus change.

Esther has over 15 years of experience in Schools, Government, and Community settings including private practice. Esther has strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

Noah Mankowitz is a Clinical Psychologist who works both at Alfred Health as well as privately. Noah specialises in mental conditions from age 8 and above, with particular interests in Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, OCD, Trauma, Self-Harm, Personality Disorders, Psychosis as well as Life Transition and Body Image. Noah Mankowitz earned his qualifications from Harvard University; Yale University as well as Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. In addition, Noah Mankowitz has published articles with the American Psychological Association and strives to continue contributing to the Medical and Psychology field.

I specialize in anger management, particularly those facing criminal charges, domestic, violence or intervention orders, providing court approved certificates. I also focus on relationship issues where there is conflict in the relationship and the issues that arise from that, including stress, anxiety and depression.
