Thank you for taking time to read my profile. I am an AHPRA registered and endorsed clinical psychologist and I have over 17 years experience in both the public sector and private setting. I practice from a holistic, empathic and humble approach and have an understanding that each client is a unique individual and treatment is tailored to meet their needs. My person-centered approach is one that facilitates a collaborative therapeutic relationship with a client/s and will assist the person to navigate through life by facilitating hope, meaning and reward in a supportive and therapeutic setting.

Feeling worried, overwhelmed, sad, stressed or anxious? Maybe you’re having relationship issues or struggling to get through the day, like you just don't have your regular oomph or energy. Sometimes just getting through the day can seem tough. It’s enough to make anyone feel like curling up on the couch with the dog, Netflix and avoiding facing the day. I recognise how difficult this can be and I am here to help. I am a neurodivergence-affirming, trauma-informed, LGBTIAQ+ affirmative therapist and inclusive of diverse relationship structures.

Melbourne Centre for Women’s Mental Health is a proud Australian feminist mental health service that offers a growing number of clinical and educational programs for women and girls of Victoria. Established in 2018, we stand for anti-oppressive practices in mental health care and offer a variety of therapeutic programs and professional programs designed to empower our clients. We also conduct our own research, publish regular articles and promote lived experience voices.
