Sarah is a Psychotherapist and Mental Health Social Worker. She has been working within the field of mind-body disorders (MBD) for over 12 years, specialising in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) chronic pain, trauma recovery and Tension Myositis Syndrome (TMS), including other challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, Fibromyalgia and PTSD. Her motto is simple: “Supporting clients in creating authentic power within themselves and in turn being able to make what was once difficult, easier”.

As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with more than 20 years experience and offering Medicare Rebates, I typically see adult individuals and couples with relationship issues, infidelity, depression, anxiety, bereavement, loss and grief, trauma and PTSD. I am passionate about helping people who want to feel better, build resilience, and learn to thrive despite adversity. There is always hope.

I am a trauma informed accredited mental health senior social worker providing counselling and advocacy services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families. I have experience working with people on the whole continuum of mental health concerns. I support people who have experienced trauma, sexual assault, drugs and alcohol, life transitions, suicidal thoughts and behaviour, and family and relationship issues, including domestic and family violence concerns and adjusting to parenthood.

Being able to talk about what's going on in your life in a safe and non-judgemental space can be a powerful catalyst for change. Counselling is based on your needs with interventions grounded in a holistic understanding of you and your life. It aims to facilitate improved self-knowledge and understanding of issues you may be experiencing, which enhances steps towards improved mental health and emotional well being. If agreed upon I am able to work with you in helping to understand the association between past experiences and current behaviour. Early influences can shape us and our ability to exert control over present functioning.

Leisha Townson is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Psychotherapist and Counsellor with extensive experience working alongside individuals & families from different cultural/religious/spiritual backgrounds and who live/have lived a life challenged by complex trauma. Ie: Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Child Abuse, Veterans, Refugees, Rehabilitation, Palliative Care, Renal Failure, Disability, Advocacy and Carers. Over 25 years has developed an extensive 'toolbox' of techniques for relaxation, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, etc.

I am a therapist that has over 12 years of experience in working alongside adults, children, young people and families to support them to overcome crisis and achieve positive change in their life. I aims to provide a safe and non-judgemental space where clients can feel safe, heard, and get to know themselves better as they heal through their challenges, learn new strategies to deal with the challenging aspects in life and facilitate personal growth. I have extensive experience in working with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, domestic and family violence, and mental health.

Christine is a Clinical Counsellor and Counselling Supervisor. Christine is particularly passionate about assisting people whose stress, anxiety or depression is holding them back from their best life and achieving their goals. She highly skilled at adapting her therapy and communication style to help the client feel at ease. Christine can help you identify thoughts, feelings and behaviours that might be impacting your success and relationships with others. She can support you to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, poor self-esteem or unhealthy relationships. Finding better ways to cope and help you to lead a brighter life.
