I work with couples experiencing relationship distress who would like to explore repairing and reconnecting their relationship, develop better communication skills and learn to manage conflict in a more positive way and find that they need some help in achieving these goals.
I have been a Psychologist for well over 20 years the last 5 years of which I have been working almost exclusively with couples. I work with all couples and specialise in helping couples with difficulty managing conflict, experiencing infidelity or who have found after many years that they have drifted apart and are struggling to reconnect.
I have been married for almost 25 years and understand how integral our committed relationship is to our own happiness and success in life. I also understand how painful it can be when things aren't going well. I am a Certified Gottman Therapist and use this evidence based therapy to help you process painful issues and develop new skills.
