Sabine is a holistic counsellor, psychotherapist and kinesiologist on the Sunshine Coast, spending over 13 years working for Private Services and Non-For-Profit organizations. Her holistic approach focuses on clients' strengths, building resilience, fostering positive change and assisting clients to achieve their personal goals. Each session is individually tailored, using expressive therapies, sand play therapy, and art. Sabine supports each client to release and regulate their emotions, understand their symptoms, behaviours and situations, develop a meaningful and joyful life, empowering people to be their authentic selves.
Sabine uses a holistic, trauma-informed and strength based approach to support and empower everyone on their quest for self-understanding, acceptance and love for life. She creates a safe, welcoming space for you to be seen and heard. Sabine is passionate working with children, adolescents, young adults, parents and families.
