I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, parenting issues, family violence, trauma and family and relationship issues. I like to take the time to learn about you and tailor my counselling approach to suit you.
I work strongly on providing a safe and open space for clients by offering a nonjudgmental, compassionate and collaborative approach. I emphasize on being culturally sensitive through empathetic listening and gaining a deep understanding of your circumstance. I am offering Zoom and telephone counselling during COVID-19.
