I am a caring and dedicated clinician who has experience working with clients who present with depression and anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, grief and bereavement issues, relationship issues, stress, workplace injury and conflict, parenting issues and child/adolescent behavioural problems, childhood trauma, domestic and family violence, and trans and intergenerational trauma.
I support individuals processing complex emotional experiences, building self-awareness, resilience, and confidence in a safe, confidential space. My evidence-based, eclectic approach integrates Internal Family Systems (Level 2), EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.
I provide support delivered online, ensuring accessible care from the comfort of your home. Appointments are available outside standard business hours and on weekends by prior arrangement to accommodate busy schedules. If you feel we might be a good fit, please contact me to arrange a consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
