I’ve sat with 1,000+ people in their most vulnerable moments, helping them find clarity, relief and real transformation — and it still feels like an honour every time. My PhD in Clinical Psychology and 25 years of continuous training, reflect a lifelong devotion to help people at the deepest levels. Through crisis work, community support, groups and private practice, I’ve had the privilege of conducting 6,000+ hours of healing — each person teaching me something about resilience and humanity. My healing work is rooted in my lived experience and choosing to turn trauma into compassion, strength and purpose.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a focus on spirituality, health crisis, couples counselling, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I have a heart-centred approach to connecting and working with people. My goal is to work myself out of a job, so that you get back to optimal ways of living as quickly as possible.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes and couples sessions are 90 minutes. I accept GP referrals (Mental Health Care Plans) from anywhere in Australia. In-person sessions are in Craigie, WA, or globally via online platforms.
