I am a clinical psychologist who works primarily with issues of mood, anxiety, self-worth, attachment, emotion regulation and existential concerns. My focus also includes more intangible inner experiences of exhaustion, disconnection, discontent and distress. Whilst I do not conduct assessments for ADHD and autism, I have a keen interest in working with neurodivergent brains.
I am a warm and kind practitioner who creates an open and non-judgmental space to explore all aspects of your current difficulties and their origins. We work together to cultivate shared understanding, insight and self-compassion, and to help you develop the psychological tools to facilitate meaningful change and growth.
Drawn to psychology after my own struggles, I am a long-term meditator and have a range of life experiences and interests across diverse fields such as commerce, performance art and aid work. I have also undertaken research within the areas of depression, anxiety, shame, help-seeking intentions, suicidal ideation and parenting.
