I see individuals, couples, families and other groups who are seeking help with a range of both individual and interpersonal psychological issues.
Aside from addressing a range of individual psychological issues, my specialty is relationship counselling. Goals may include providing a safe forum for difficult, complicated and complex conversations, conflict management, enhancing intimacy, fairness, power and personal fulfillment within relationships.
I am a friendly counsellor who tries hard to make people as comfortable as possible so as to enable discussion of deep and challenging personal and interpersonal issues. I have an eclectic therapeutic style so as to be as versatile and flexible as possible in order to accommodate the complexity of people and their individual and relationship challenges.
