I draw on a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Counselling, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method for couples, Narrative Therapy, and Family Therapy.
