Hey there - I am a Family Psychotherapist and Couples Counsellor and I work with individuals as well as families at clinics in Armadale, Brighton and Eltham. I have my beautiful Labrador Irma with me. We both enjoy supporting clients of all ages and genders in creating and maintaining healthy relationships with others and with self.
I mainly work with clients who identify as neurodivergent, and I have a special interest in anxiety disorders including obsessive-compulsive disorder and social anxiety disorder. My therapeutic approach is strength-based and empowering. I am guided by a trauma-informed, evidence-based, and person-centred framework.
I use a range of therapeutic techniques that encourage my clients to discover their own resources to engage with and overcome what may be challenging right now.
