I take a client-centred and strengths based approach. I believe clients are the expert of their own lives and aim to work together with my clients as a team to address their issues. Issues I have helped address include bullying, anger management, family violence, parenting, depression, anxiety, marriage separation, among others.
Therapeutic methods I use are cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, accept and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and play therapy among others. I have worked with clients of various backgrounds from school children to adults.
I pride myself on having a non-judgemental space. I take a humanistic and personalised approach to each of my clients. I am here to listen and walk with my clients through their journey.
