My therapeutic approach is warm, but direct. I believe that psychology’s primary role is to resolve upsetting symptoms and help people live life as fully as possible within their circumstances. Therapy with me often involves a combination of hard conversations, laughs, and setting goals and targets to improve life.
I believe therapy to be a place where you can discuss anything – no matter what. This is not to say I have all the answers – but I may be able to direct you to the people who do. If it’s too awkward/hurtful/bad/’you-can’t-say-that’/embarrassing – I can make a place for those conversations.
